The 7th Annual General meeting of Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals Limited

The 7th Annual General meeting of Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals Limited was held on Thursday through a digital platform. The meeting was presided over by Mrs. Hafiza Yeasmin, Chairman of Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals Limited while Managing Director of Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals Limited A. F. M Anowarul Huq was present. The shareholders approved 4 per cent cash dividend and 3 per cent stock dividend.
